CRISPY CHICKPEAS WITH CHOCOLATE High Protein Veganuary episode 14 Protein per serve: 8 This was one of my most replicated recipes and almost hit the 1M views on TikTok. 👀 It’s incredibly easy to do, packed with protein and will leave you satisfied ! Instructions

Step 1
METHOD -drain an oat dry the chickpeas. air fry for 15 minutes at 180C (or until they’re crispy) -melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil. Do it at intervals of 20seconds and stir the chocolate in between (otherwise it’ll burn) - in a bowl add the chickpeas, the protein powder and the melted chocolate. Mix until well combined. -spread the chickpeas on a baking tray then let in the fridge to set
