Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix together melted butter and granulated erythritol until well combined.
Step 4
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, stirring until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

If using, fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Step 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 9
Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish before cutting them into squares.
