White Bean Dip
Instead of the commonly used olive oil this white bean dip includes Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has a sour taste similar to regular yogurt, but has a consistency somewhere closer to softened butter. In both the United States and Europe it has come to mean a thicker, low-moisture yogurt and can be found in the dairy section of the grocery store. Serve this dip with crudite or as a sandwich spread. Yield: 1 ¼ cup (1 tablespoon = )
