(Dulce de leche only has 2 ingredients; condensed milk & sugar)

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the sugar on a pan over medium heat with constant stirring. (No oil/butter)
Step 2
Keep stirring until sugar has fully melted into an amber color. Do not take your eyes off this sauce because it burns fast.
Step 3
Add in butter and stir constantly until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Slowly add in heavy cream until fully incorporated.
Step 5
As soon as the cream is fully incorporated, remove from heat and add to jar/container.
Step 6
It will be very hot! Allow to fully cool before using. Video shows it fully cooled.
