Banana Peach Sorbet

You don’t need an ice cream machine to make this incredibly easy and quick dessert. You do, however, need to keep an arsenal of frozen fruit in the freezer. You can substitute the peaches with any kind of berry, mangoes, papayas or simply add more bananas, or jazz it up with ground cinnamon or nutmeg. For those who want something a little sweeter, swirl in any flavor of unsweetened fruit spread. Serves 4

Instructions

Step 1
Place the frozen bananas and peaches in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until smooth. Gradually add the vanilla and yogurt and process until completely incorporated. Serve immediately.
