This is the recipe base form for the slow cooker * you will need to add a protein to this, either chicken or beef, or fish.

Instructions

Step 1
cut up all veges and place into the slow cooker
Step 2
add in 'PROTEIN' of choice and some seasonings
Step 3
add in enough liquid via stock, crushed tomatos or other to ensure the bottom is covered
Step 4
put on the heat setting that best suits your needs (low- all day) (medium- half day)
