Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl combine chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, and buffalo sauce. Mix well and set aside. Take each biscuit and flatten with a rolling pin into a thin round. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture into the center of the biscuit and seal the sides to form a round ball. Place the biscuit into a round cake pan or a cast-iron skillet seam side down. Combine butter, parsley, and garlic powder. Brush on top of the biscuits. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
