Instructions

Step 1
Butter and line the base of the tin. Whisk the eggs until light in colour. Add the sugar until incorporated. Add the vanilla essence to the melted butter and add to the egg mixture. Add the salt/baking powder/milk and flour and whisk. Fold the apples into the mixture and pour into the tin. Bake at 375F / 190C for 55-60 mins until golden in colour.
