Step 1
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan, spreading it evenly.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. You can also freeze it for a quicker setting time.
