Combine sugar, yeast, & milk in bowl to completely dissolve yeast

Place balls on sheet pan & cover w/ plastic wrap to double in size

Deflate balls & form into balls again to ferment for the 3rd time

Cook on low heat slowly till the back side is golden

Turn over to golden other remaining side, keep heat as low as possible to cook through the inside

Combine cream, pudding powder, & sugar into one bowl

Whisk on medium high till medium peaks form

Transfer into piping bag w/ desired piping tip
