Step 1
Combine sugar, yeast, & milk in bowl to completely dissolve yeast

Whisk in egg into same bowl

Fold in flour & salt

Finish combining powder by kneading by hand

Add butter & knead once more to completely combine till smooth

Cover dough in bowl w/ plastic wrap & leave in warm place to ferment till doubles in size

Deflate & divide into 8 equal parts

Round into balls

Place balls on sheet pan & cover w/ plastic wrap to double in size

Deflate balls & form into balls again to ferment for the 3rd time

Cook on low heat slowly till the back side is golden

Turn over to golden other remaining side, keep heat as low as possible to cook through the inside
