Slower Cooker Baby Potatoes
5 steps
Prep:5minCook:4h
Slow Cooker Baby Potatoes are a simple recipe and will be your new favorite side dish.
I will be honest, I could of probably ate all of these, they were that good! I love baby potatoes because they are creamy and the slow cooker helps these potatoes super tender too.
This a set it and forget recipe that takes just a few minutes to prep, so you can focus on cooking anything else you need. I pop these in hours before dinner and then when dinner is ready, I just remove them, finish them off with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley and everyone loves them.

While they are still hot, sprinkle your paremsan all over and finish with your fresh parsley. Enjoy!
