Instructions

Step 1
Add the potatoes, beef, and seasonings to the crock pot and mix together. Place the butter slices on top. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 4 hours.
Step 2
*optional, add a bag of frozen green beans, broccoli or peas into the crock pot the last 30 minutes of cook time.
