Apple Protein Froyo Bites

Instructions

Step 1
Place coconut yoghurt, cashews, vanilla protein, rice malt syrup and vanilla into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a dash of oat milk if needed.
Step 2
Pour into a bowl, add the diced apples and mix well. Dollop onto a lined tray (making approximately 9 bites) and set in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.
Step 3
Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second increments or over the stovetop. Coat the apple bites in the chocolate, line back onto the baking tray and set in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Enjoy! Store in the freezer and remove for 5 - 10 minutes before eating.
