✨ Loaded Buffalo Chicken Garlic Bread ✨ Okay so it seems like a lot of people loved the Nandos chicken garlic bread I posted the other day, so of courseeee I had to do another version: enter, Buffalo Chicken Garlic Bread 👀😮‍💨 The garlic bread is piled high with the most deliciously tangy buffalo Chicken Mix, plenty of cheese, garlic butter, and some ranch for the final finish 🤩 Honestly my loves, you NEED this in your lives asap 😮‍💨 📌 SAVE SAVE SAVE to give it a try ❤️ 📍 Serves 2 (as a main meal w a salad etc) 📍 515 Calories & 51.3G Protein per serving ✨200g Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded ✨ 60ml Buffalo Sauce, I used (this makes it relatively spicy, so add half then adjust if you want more etc 🫶🏼) ✨40g light ✨80g 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt ✨1tsp Garlic Granules ✨60g Mozzarella, grated ✨1/2 a large Ciabatta Loaf ✨Garlic Butter made by mixing 20g melted light Butter, 1tbsp dried Parsley (or fresh) & 1 tsp of crushed garlic. OPTIONAL: 20g of Ranch dressing mixed with a little water. - To a large bowl add your chicken breast, cream cheese, greek yoghurt, garlic granules, buffalo sauce and a good pinch of salt and pepper; mix until well combined then set aside. - Using a pastry brush spread your garlic butter over the ciabatta, then top with your chicken mix and press down with the back of a spoon so you have an even layer; sprinkle over your cheese and then top with any remaining garlic butter. - Transfer to an air fryer and allow to cook at 185c for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is all golden and melty. You can also do this in the oven too, just cook for 15 mins minutes then pop under a hot grill. And that is literally it! Drizzle over the ranch dressing if you’re using it, then tuck in and enjoy 🥰

Instructions

Step 1
OPTIONAL 20g of Ranch dressing mixed with a little water.
Step 2
- To a large bowl add your chicken breast, cream cheese, greek yoghurt, garlic granules, buffalo sauce and a good pinch of salt and pepper; mix until well combined then set aside.
