Instructions
Step 1
I use a measuring spoon to scoop out 8 heaped tsp blobs of Nutella on to a plate . You can use a regular teaspoon also but the measuring spoon gives it more of a round shape . Freeze the Nutella for 30 minutes
Step 2
If you have fresh hazelnuts toast then on a pan on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes then press then between a tea towel to remove the skins . Save 8 whole nuts and finely chop the rest . If you have already roasted hazelnuts skip the toasting step
Step 3
Remove the nut alle blobs from the freezer and push a whole hazelnut into the centre of each one then push the Nutella around it and roll into a ball. I usually wear gloves and oil them so the Nutella doesn’t stick to my hands . Roll the balls in the nuts and voila they are ready to eat. Keep chilled in the fridge until you want to eat them
