Step 1
In a bowl add semi soft butter and corn starch and use a spatula uk a To mix together . Next add almond extract and mix to combine . Sift in two cups of powder sugar then mix until it forms a dough

Step 2
Roll out the dough thinly then place cherries about 1/2 inch apart ( cherries that have stones removed ) use a pizza cutter to cut the sections then roll each cherry in the dough. If you have a heart mold push the cherries into the mold and freeze 45 minutes ( if you don’t have a heart mold just freeze the cherries in ball shape )

Melt chocolate with neutral flavored oil then dip the cherries in let the excess drip off then place on a wire rack to set .
