Anti-inflammatory Immunity Mocktail! Not only is it incredibly delicious but full of immune supporting all-stars
What you need:
(Makes 2 servings)
-1 tbsp mint leaves, muddled
-2 tbsp fresh blueberries
-1.5 tsp elderberry syrup
-2 tbsp lime juice
-1/2 cup coconut water
-sparkling water
- lime slices for garnish
What to do:
1- In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and add blueberries.
2- Pour in the lime juice, elderberry syrup, and coconut water. Shake or stir until combined.
3- Top off the drink with sparkling water and enjoy!
