BBQ Chicken Nachos
BBQ Chicken Nachos. Another simple, delicious recipe for Super Bowl! I love sheet pan nachos and you can’t go wrong with a bbq chicken version!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded chicken
3/4 cup bbq sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
10 oz tortilla chips
1 1/2 cup cheese of choice
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
Toppings:
bbq sauce
Jalapeños
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F
In a bowl, coat chicken with bbq sauce + spices
Line a pan with parchment paper
Spread chips onto it
Add bbq chicken + corn + black beans + cheese
Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
Top with more bbq sauce and jalapeños
Serve & enjoy!
