Instructions
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking powder egg and water
Step 2
When the mix gets smooth, add the oil and pepper
Step 3
Add the corn, bell pepper, parsley and chives
Step 4
Pour oil (3-4 spoons) in a pan
Step 5
Add a spoon of the mix and start baking.
Step 6
Lay the hardened corn cookie on some kitchen paper so it'll absorb the oil.
