Preheat Oven to 350 F

In a bowl, whisk two eggs

Add remaining ingredients and mix together

Grease a donut pan. Pour batter about 3/4 of the way.

Bake for 14-15 minutes

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes

Pop donuts out of molds

Optional: Brush with some melted coconut oil. Mix 2 tablespoons coconut sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Dip the donuts into the mixture.
