Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Arrange 5 oven-safe glass containers on a cookie sheet.
Step 3
Dice up chicken with scissors and season it sith thr garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
To each bowl, add 3 tbsp rice, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, a tsp sriracha, and 1/4 c broth. Stir well. Top each with 5 oz of the seasoned chicken.
Step 5
Bake 35-40 mins, or until rice is cooked and chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Step 6
Let cool before covering with lids and refrigerating.
Step 7
Reheat 2-3 mins. Garnish with sliced green onion.
