This flavorful pork neck is so easy to make . Only a few ingredients for the marinade and a little snooze in the fridge overnight and you can believe how tasty it comes out . You’ve got to try this .

For the marinade

Add all the marinade ingredients to a bowl then cover the meat all over and place in the fridge overnight ( if not overnight at least one hour ) if you have a whole pork neck you can cut it in half to have a thinner char siu but then adjust the cooking time )

Roast in a preheated oven at 160c 320 f on a grill tray for 1 1/2 hours flipping half way in between and using the rest of the marinade to baste it in between and keep it nice and juicy. Let it rest for 20 minutes then serve
