for another great idea
Cinnamon rolls
1 package
slider rolls
1 stick butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbs cinnamon (you can use less if you’d like, start with 2 tsp)
Cream cheese frosting
1 stick butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tsp vanilla
2-3 cups powdered sugar
Milk* as needed
Spray or butter a 9x13 in baking dish. Cut your rolls in half lengthwise. Remove top and set aside. Spread half your butter onto the bottom half of the buns. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Place top back on and spread remaining butter on top plus the rest of your cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 for ~20 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
Make your icing. Beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add in vanilla, and powdered sugar 1 cup at a time. Taste to desired sweetness. Add milk by 1 tbs of icing is too thick. Spread on top of your cooled cinnamon buns. Cut and enjoy!
