For the dough
Step 1
Mix together the fresh yeast, milk, egg, sugar, flour and salt for 4 minutes
Step 2
Add the butter to the dough and mix for another 8 minutes
Step 3
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes

Roll out the dough in a 30 x 40cm rectangle

For the frosting

Beat the butter with the brown sugar

Add the cinnamon and mix well

Spread the filling on the dough

Roll the dough into a tight log and cut it into 9 cinnamon rolls (4cm each)

I used a dental floss to cut the cinnamon

Place them in a baking pan and let them rise for 1 hour

Preheat oven at 200°C for 20 minutes

Bake them at 180°C for 17 minutes then at 150°C for 3 minutes
