13gfresh yeast

100gwhole milk
room temp

15ggranulated sugar

10gvanilla sugar
substitute with regular sugar if you donβt have any

300gbread flour

Instructions
For the dough
Step 1
Mix together the fresh yeast, milk, egg, sugar, flour and salt for 4 minutes
Step 2
Add the butter to the dough and mix for another 8 minutes
Step 3
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes
Step 4
Roll out the dough in a 30 x 40cm rectangle

For the frosting
Step 5
Beat the butter with the brown sugar
Step 6
Add the cinnamon and mix well
Step 7
Spread the filling on the dough

Roll the dough into a tight log and cut it into 9 cinnamon rolls (4cm each)

I used a dental floss to cut the cinnamon

Place them in a baking pan and let them rise for 1 hour

Preheat oven at 200Β°C for 20 minutes

Brush the cinnamon rolls with some milk

Bake them at 180Β°C for 17 minutes then at 150Β°C for 3 minutes

Let them sit 10 minutes in the baking pan before placing on a wire rack to cool down

For the frosting: mix all the ingredients together until creamy
