Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Add cocoa powder, coconut flour, sweetener, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk until combined. Add wet ingredients: egg, light butter, Greek yogurt, sugar free syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Lastly, add protein powder and stir until a smooth brownie batter is formed. Place brownie batter in a prepared 9x5 baking pan or dish (I used a silicone baking dish).
Step 2
Bake at 350F for about 15-18 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake. May want to check before 15 minutes depending on your oven. Better to slightly underbake than overbake.
Step 3
While brownies are cooling, make chocolate protein frosting. Heat chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Add Greek yogurt and mix until a smooth texture is formed. Lastly, add protein powder and stir until a smooth frosting is formed. Spread frosting over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with M&Mās.
Step 4
Place in the fridge to let frosting set up and chill. Once set, cut into 8 brownies and enjoy!
