Step 1
1. Add frozen berries to a 9x13 pan. Mix in vanilla. 2. Sprinkle dry ingredients all over the top of the berries.
3. Add the sparkling water and mix. (Add sanding sugar on top if desired for a crunchy top) Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until brown on top.
