Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry potatoes
Step 2
Coat in melted butter or extra virgin olive oil
Step 3
Cover in kosher salt (and I mean COVER; not sprinkle)
Step 4
Preheat oven to 450F and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until done. Covering steams them and doesn't bake them so do not cover.
Step 5
Remove excess salt before serving.
Step 6
They come out delicious.
