Step 1
CCP--Wash & sanitize hands & prep area. Wear gloves & discard per facility HACCP guidelines.

CCP: Check condition of all cans prior to opening. Do not use if product is questionable.

1. Place drained apples in a large bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
2. Place cream cheese in mixer bowl with wire whip. Whip until smooth and no lumps appear.

3. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla; mix until well combined.

4. Add sour cream; mix until well combined.
Step 7
5. Pour cream cheese mixture over apples. Stir until well combined.
Step 8
6. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

CCP: Maintain holding 41°F or below.
