Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 150 C(300 F). Line baking trays with parchment paper (or grease them if you don't have parchment paper).
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar. Add vanilla essence and egg beat again. Now add cocoa powder , milk powder and all purpose flour beat it again.
Step 3
If your cookie dough is very sticky keep it in the freezer for few minutes. Take out cookie dough from the freezer. I used a nozzle to give them this shape but you can use a round measuring teaspoon to scoop out equal balls of the dough. Press the center of the cookie from your thumb to make the space for the icing.
Step 4
Place them at least 2 inches apart from each other as the cookie dough will expand while baking.
Step 5
Place in oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
After putting your biscuits in the oven prepare your chocolate icing. Mix butter sugar, cocoa powder and water together. After you are done mixing it place your pot on the stove and cook it on the medium heat, stir constantly until the butter melts and mixture resembles icing. Take it off the stove and let it cool for few minutes before putting them on biscuits. (Icing should be warm not boiling hot)
Step 7
Once your biscuits are done and the icing has cool down use your spoon to drizzle it in the center of the biscuit. Icing would become hard in 1 to 2 hours.
Step 8
P.S. I made few cookies using the round measuring teaspoon ( not tbsp) as well. I will post the picture of that and the icing in the comments.
Step 9
COOKIES WILL COME OUT FLAT IF YOU USE A TEASPOON. Shape won't be same. Try piping it in a swirl with a ziplock!! Make small swirls.
