Instructions
Step 1
Peel and blend the mandarins then push through a sieve to get the juice out . It should be around 150 ml of fresh juice .

Add the juice to a pot with 2 tbsp agave and 2 tsp agar powder whisk then bring to a boil

Use a dropper to squeeze the juice into little gummy bear or fruit molds

Blend the frozen raspberries then push through a strainer . It’s about half the ammount of juice .

Add the raspberries to a pot with 2 tbsp agave and 1 tsp agar powder . Bring to a simmer then put in the gummy mold . Let both of them set for about 30 minutes then enjoy
