Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
Combine flour and seasonings in a gallon bag.
Step 3
Toss chicken chunks in flour mixture and remove from bag and place in the skillet.
Step 4
Fry chicken until done; remove from skillet.
Step 5
Add a little more oil if needed and seasoned flour.
Step 6
Cook flour in oil for a couple minutes then slowly add milk stirring constantly.
Step 7
Continue adding milk and stirring until gravy consistency is to your liking.
Step 8
Serve with mashed potatoes.
