Instructions

Step 1
Beat cream cheese in a bowl with an electric whisk for one minute then add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Add the pistachio cream and mix until fully combined then beat the whipping cream in until it’s thick and fluffy

Step 2
Set out a sheet of parchment paper then dip lady fingers into the Milk making sure to saturate then then arrange in three rows of 8

Step 3
Spread half of the pistachio cream mixture all over the ladyfingers then use the parchment paper to roll it long side over into a swissroll shape
Step 4
Spread the remaining cream all over and smooth it with a spatula
Step 5
Drizzle melted white chocolate on top and 2 tbsp of melted pistachio cream to decorate . Chill for about 30 minutes depending on how warm it is in your house you may need to chill longer . Serve and enjoy
