Instructions

Step 1
Blend tomatoes, garlic, onion and water

Put olive oil in a pot on medium heat, put rice and cook until color is a bit golden.
Step 3
Put tomato blend in pot and add 1 cup of water (or 1 cup of chicken broth)

Keep on low heat for 30 min
