Instructions
Step 1
Whip cream cheese, sugar or sweetener, eggs one at a time, vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Place wafer in the bottom of a cupcake liner, top with cream cheese mixture.
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Chill for two hours. Top with fruit and whipped topping as desired.
