Step 1
Bring milk to medium heat and, lower heat to gentle simmer and add all spices.
Step 2
Cook for 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 3
If the milk become foamy, lower the heat quickly or remove completely. Milk easily boils over the side of the pan when it gets too hot. It should look shiny on the surface with tiny bubbles.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add honey to taste.
