Step 1
Heat up (toast) all flour in a pot at high heat but keep lowering down as flour absorbs Heat to avoid burning
Step 2
Once color is golden, add oil and mix
Step 3
Add butter and mix and let it sit until the mixture starts bubbling
Step 4
Add dates and mix
Step 5
Mix the 3afoosa until the oil comes out. This is to dry the 3afoosa so that it doesn't go bad. When water comes out there will be vapor. There is no vapor when the oil comes out.
