Instructions

Step 1
Peel and core 8 fairly ripe Pears. Place pears around the Bundt pan.

Drizzle honey over the pears

Make the butter

To make the butter, whip heavy cream with an electric mixer until firm and easily releases from the beater.

Make the topping

Mix flour and brown sugar in a medium bowl.

Mix butter to flour and sugar mixture with a fork until crumbling.

Distribute topping over pears.
