Instructions
Step 1
Boil the milk for 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 2
Break the Chocolate biscuits from your hands and add to blender and blend to make a fine powder
Step 3
Transfer the powder to a mixing bowl and mix with milk till it become smooth.
Step 4
Now, add the baking powder and soda on the batter and pour a little milk on it. Wait for its bubbling reaction. Then, mix the batter.
Step 5
Finally, heat your cake tin and brush with sunflower refined oil. If you're using butter paper, then don't heat it.
Step 6
Heat the pressure cooker for atleast 8 to 10 minutes in the flame.
Step 7
Put a stand in the pressure cooker using tongs carefully. Then place the tin above the stand and put it on the flame. Make sure to remove the whistle of the cooker.
Step 8
Check your cake by inserting a toothpick or knife in it in every 20 mins. If the knife or toothpick is brown after removing so means the cake is not cooked well.
Step 9
It will take maximum 1 hour for the cake to cook. So check.
Step 10
When the cake is done switch the flame off and let the cake cool.
Step 11
After cooling, pour chocolate syrup on its surface and decorate with sprinkles, chopped strawberries and chopped cherries. Set it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then Enjoy!
