Preheat oven 180°c

Mix the butter with sugar, when involved add the eggs and beat well. Finally add the flour and gently incorporate.

Place in a pie pan with 22-24 cm (Diameter) Protected with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 min. Until cooked on the surface .
Step 4
While the pie is cooking in the oven, prepare the topping.Place all the topping ingredients in a pan. Place over low heat and cook until it reduces and has a viscous texture. About 10 min.
Step 5
Place the topping on the base of the tart and bake again until golden.
