Roast the semolina and add it to a pot In a pot take sugar and butter and eggs and mix well Add the semolina and leave overnight Add cardamom and rose essence and lastly some ghee on top and bake

Remove, cool completely and then cut and serve. You can dust it with icing sugar and serve. Enjoy!!!
