Instructions
Step 1
Combine and mix all dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. I recommend NOT adding any additional salt.
Step 2
Melt ghee and combine all wet ingredients and sweetener in a small bowl.
Step 3
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir slowly until just combined. Mix in macadamia nuts last. You can also add chocolate chips or other nuts if you prefer.
Step 4
Divide into 12 cupcake holders and bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes. Do not overcook or they will turn into a crumbly mess.
