Ingredients

1 ½ cupoat flour
½ cupalmond flour
¼ cupvanilla protein powder
1 cupcream yogurt
1 tspbaking powder
½ tspbaking soda
¼ cupsugar
can use coconut sugar
125gblueberries
¼ cupmilk
4 Tbspnut butter
2eggs
Crumble top
Instructions
Step 1
beat wet till combined. Mix dry in a separate bow then gradually add to the wet. Spoon into cases
Step 2
Mix Crumble ingredients together to form a crumb consistency and sprinkle on top of muffins
Step 3
bake for 18-20 minutes (for the last 5 mins of baking add crumble top)
