This is probably the easiest way to cook rice and you can make it in a baking dish you can use as a serving bowl so less washing up . Serve with any sides you like enjoy

Instructions
Step 1
Wash rice until the water runs clear then strain and put into a heat proof baking dish
Step 2
Cover the rice with boiling water or use broth then cover with a plate and microwave at 800 w ( or medium setting) for 11 minutes
Step 3
Once done carefully remove from the microwave remove the plate and it sit a few minutes then fluff with a fork and serve . This makes two big portions or 4 smaller ones
