Step 1
CCP--Wash & sanitize hands & prep area. Wear gloves & discard per facility HACCP guidelines.
Step 2
CCP--Check condition of all cans prior to opening. Do not use if product is questionable.

1. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and gelatin powder.
Step 4
2. Stir in drained oranges and pineapple.
Step 5
3. Just before serving, fold in prepared whipped topping.
Step 6
Cover, label, date and refrigerate.
