Step 1
1) In a bowl, mix together all your crust .
Step 2
2) Spoon the crust mixture evenly into 11-12 muffin cups.
Step 3
3) Add all your matcha filling into a bowl except for the chocolate chips. Mix together until everything in well incorporated.
Step 4
4) Add a spoonful of filling into each muffin cup.
Step 5
5) Top with some chocolate chips and then put the cups in the fridge for at least 30 mins to set.
Step 6
6) Enjoy them throughout the week!
