Instructions
Step 1
First, take your Phyllo pastry and lay it out on the tray add some ghee to it
Step 2
Then take your pistachio and sprinkle it till you cannot really see the pastry
Step 3
Put on a little drizzle of honey- not too much or it will be too sweet
Step 4
Add another layer of phyllo pastry and do exactly what you did with first layer
Step 5
Continue this method. 6 times. When you have finshed, cut it up into diamonds and add a good spread of ghee on top and put it in the oven for 1 hours 30 minutes.
Step 6
Now put you drizzle of honey and let it cool for 15-20 minutes
