Ingredients

1 x 750mlvodka
bottle

4 ouncesdry vermouth

2.5 ounceswater
1.5 ouncesgreen olive brine

Green olives
such as Castelvetrano, to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Pour off 6 ounces vodka from the bottle and reserve for another use. To the bottle, add dry vermouth, water and olive brine. Adjust brine amount to taste. Cap bottle, shake and store in freezer until well-chilled, at least 4 hours.
Step 2
To serve, set the bottle in an ice bucket and offer cocktail glasses and green olives.
