Leftover Pellet Smoked Salmon Soup
Had some leftover salmon and wanted to make a soup. I'm not a huge fan of potatoes in soup so I decided to make my own recipe and the whole family loved it!

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in the bottom of a soup pot
Step 2
Add chopped leek, carrots, and celery and let cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
Add chicken broth and dill, and bring to a boil
Step 4
Add in noodles, and let simmer for 8 minutes
Step 5
Add in salmon and cream. Let it cook until it starts to simmer again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
