Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, nutmeg and salt
Step 2
Add egg yoks, vanilla extract, milk, butter, half the sugar and mix
Step 3
In another bowl whisk the egg whites and slowly add the remaining sugar until the merengue is stiff (around 5 minutes)
Step 4
Add the merengue to the mix and mix slowly
Step 5
Add the chocolate chips
Step 6
Bake in preheat oven at 180 for 25 minutes (or 160 for 30)
