Instructions

Step 1
Add one cup of sugar to a pan and heat on a medium heat . Let the sugar dissolve stirring the whole time until it completely melts and becomes syrupy . Add 1/2 cup of water then stir and let it bubble for a minute

Quickly grab a Bundt pan and bring the caramel syrup all up the sides and coat the interior
Step 3
Using a stand mixer or electric mixer add the egg whites and beat on medium high for about two minutes until soft peaks are formed . Then add 12 tbsp sugar one tbsp at a time until it’s all gone and the egg whites are beat to stiff peaks

Step 4
Press the egg whites gently into the Bundt pan then put into a baking tray and fill the baking tray half way up the bundt pan with boiling water then place in a preheated oven at 175 c 350 f for 35 minutes
Step 5
Once cooked carefully take it out of the oven then use a chopping board or plate to flip the cake over . Give it a few taps and voila welcome to marshmallowy caramel goodness
